Massage Gel "Sport”

   The origin of massage dates back to the ancient times and has been profiting people for more than one century. The word " massage” is of Greek origin and means "to  knead, to work up, to stroke”. Massage strengthens health, tones up, brings back vivacity and well doing; it is irreplaceable in recovery after physical injuries.
   There are many types of massage. For example, sport massage will be useful to everyone who leads an active way of life and who is engaged in sports activities; it reduces pain in muscles, tones them up, reduces fatigue.
   Gel’s formula includes a set of high-level components which provide its effectiveness. Gel "Sport" will help you to prepare your muscles and ligaments for exercises as well as  to eliminate unpleasant pain and to recover after physical activity. It relieves fatigue feeling, prevents edema of tissues, has analgetic and warming actions.
   The main components of the gel -      extracts of arnica, spongilla  and comfrey, ginger grass, cranebill and mint oil.
   Arnica extract stimulates blood circulation in the skin, activates tissue respiration. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Glycosides, which are included as a compound of extract, have relaxing and analgetic effect.
   Spongilla extracts has anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous action, protective function of the skin.
   Extract of comfrey  contains allantoin, alkaloids, choline, tannin and starch, organic matter. Allantoin stimulates the growth of bony, joint and muscle tissues; has anti-inflammatory properties. Comfrey extract softens, cures skin and causes quick cell regeneration, stimulates skin moistening giving it a healthy look.
   Ginger grass oil improves blood circulation, tones up. It has antiseptic and analgetic actions.
   Cranebill oil is good cleaner, it activates the blood flow, eliminates pain in cases of arthritis, rheumatism, neuralgia.
   Mint is one of the oldest remedies. It was used in ancient Greek period, it is mentioned by the ancient Hellenes for the first time, then it appears in the ancient Romans and other European nations. Hippocrates, Paracelsus and Avizenna wrote about medicinal properties of this plant. Mint oil has refreshening, antiseptic and analgetic properties.
   Gel's properties:
- improves blood circulation;
- relieves muscular tension;
- has analgetic and warming actions.
   It is recommended to use the gel in order to:
- reduce fatigue after physical activity;
- improve flexibility of vascular walls;
- recover after physical injuries;
- prevent edema.
Method of application: small amount of gel apply a thin layer on the painful areas of the body 2-3 times a day and rub with light massaging movements.
Gel can be used before contests or physical activity for warming up muscular tissue.
