Minerals and microelements are very important for a body. They are part of the connective tissue, and also they are activators and components of enzymes and hormones.
Calcium and phosphorus play a major role in the mineralization of bones, teeth and nails. Calcium ions activate many enzymes. They participate in the regulation of the tone of the heart muscle.
Iron helps with fatigue, increases physical stamina, strengthens the immune system and improves the perception.
Copper contributes to the transmission of nerve signals, the brain and the heart, the formation of red blood cells, helps maintain normal color of hair and skin. It protects cells from damage, regulate blood sugar.

Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It prevents the oxidation of cell membranes, preventing degenerative changes of the most important biomolecules cells (proteins, lipids, nucleic acids), thereby slowing down the aging process. In addition, it takes part in the pathway of thyroid hormones, thus preventing the development of heart failure, weakening of the immune system, rheumatoid arthritis.
