B vitamins (B1, B2, B6), pantothenic acid and nicotinamide participate in the processes of exchanges of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Also, these vitamins are important in the functioning of the nervous system. The main indications for the use of vitamin B1 are a hypo-and avitaminosis, and neuritis, radiculitis, neuralgia.
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is used in acute and chronic hepatitis.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) has a high biological activity. It is a growth factor that is necessary for normal hematopoiesis and maturation of erythrocytes. It takes part in synthesis of labile propelling groups, and in formation of choline, methionine, creatinine, nucleic acids, it promotes accumulation in erythrocytes of compounds containing sulfhydryl groups. It has a positive effect on liver function and the nervous system.
Vitamin C controls iron absorption and takes part in many redox processes in the body.
Ascorbic acid takes part in the regulation of redox processes, carbohydrate metabolism, the blood's ability to clot, tissue regeneration, formation of steroid hormones.
Vitamin E is a physiological antioxidant that protects cell membranes from damage and keeps the functionality.
Nicotinic acid improves carbohydrate metabolism, it has a positive effect in mild forms of diabetes, diseases of liver, heart, duodenum.
Pantothenic acid in various pathological conditions associated with metabolic disturbances, heartburns, toxemia in pregnant women, liver damage, pancreatitis and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, which have noninfectious nature.
Proposed clinical use:
- when physical and mental stress;
- activity and healthy sport;
- for declining years people, smokers and people who abuse alcohol;
- diet for losing weight;
- during the year when there is lack of fruits and vegetables.
Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should take the minerals after consulting their doctor.
